Fall Into YOU
Hi!
Ahhh! Can you hear the big exhale here for me?
I spent the weekend nurturing, nourishing, and nature-ing myself.
It was just the reset I needed after a wildly busy summer. My husband attended happy hours and football drafts. I was so glad to not feel any FOMO about it.
Instead, I got everything I wanted this weekend, which looks so different (better!) than when I was chasing a party. My drinking life was so dependent on what the outside world could give me. Now, it's all about what I can give to myself, how I can listen to myself, hear myself, know myself, and take care of myself.
Basically, I know what I want, and I know how to get it. This clarity, confidence, and self-trust have grown with time. I am not worried about impressing anyone else; I prioritize a life that impresses me. My life is now built on my values. My interests. My desires. Sobriety has been a journey of getting to know myself, loving myself, and becoming myself. I highly recommend exploring and discovering YOU through the portal of my 1x1 Coaching Program. It was named đź”— Becoming, over 6 years ago for a reason that remains true today.
This weekend, I filled my time with trees, s'mores, rest, yoga, new recipes with roasted vegetables, a fall puzzle, shopping for new hiking boots, naps with Rocky, finishing a book, my "Writer's Mix" music playlist, calling my mom, coffee, watching Bad Sisters and Too Much, pool time and sunshine, sweat in a sauna and steam room, unclogging the sinks (gross and satisfying), a touch of yardwork, air-dried hair, loungewear, clean laundry, hosting a campfire for senior girls (girlhood!), sleeping in, and creative pursuits.
Living alcohol-free is living at a different pace, and I love it so much. This weekend I decided to let myself do whatever I want, whenever I want, and not make plans with anyone. My instinct is usually to panic when my husband has plans and try to fill my time with others. Not this time. I wanted to see where the wind would take me and not be accountable to anyone. It was so nice to follow my intuition and go by vibes only.
Tuning into myself and figuring out what I want is still a practice for me. After years of trying to please everyone else or doing what I thought I was supposed to, I am still learning how to recognize what I want and then how to give it to myself...and with that I have an announcement. 🗣️
Knock, knock, knock.
You are invited to explore this with me on my first-ever one-day
Fall Into YOU retreat. đź”— October 25, 2025.

My Insider members gave me the nudge. So I partnered with my friends, Kate of Clarity Zero-Proof and Mocktail MO, and we planned the perfect day!
A "YES! Day" for sober and sober-curious women, and YOU are invited.
Together, this fall we will take a sacred day away from our usual responsibilities to come together and set our intentions for the holiday season leading into the new year. We will lay the groundwork for a holiday season and new year—that is what we really want.
We will nourish our inner selves with love and attention (and good food too). We will harmonize our emotional regulation in connection with each other. There will be a charcuterie board (obvs) and AF drinks. We will enjoy G.O.D (the Great OutDoors) with all our senses during fall peak. You will participate in a powerful workshop that will transform you. We will share a delicious meal around a candlelit table together. The day will end with my first ever LIVE yoga nidra meditation and a healing sound bath.
You will leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, inspired, and buzzed with connection, not booze. There are only a handful of spots left. This gathering will be small and women only. Let's gather together.
