Start Listening NowYou won’t find this series on Spotify.
You won’t stumble on it during your scroll.
Because it’s not meant for everyone.
It’s meant for you.
The woman who’s quietly carrying questions no one else can quite answer.
Maybe you’re drinking more than you want to, but you’re still holding it all together.
Maybe you’ve been wondering, “Am I the only one thinking this can’t be it?”
The pause. The pull. The part of you that’s been whispering:
“I want to feel better, but I don’t want to blow up my life to do it.”
This private series was made for that moment.
You don’t need a dramatic before-and-after.
You need a safe place to start asking different questions.

Research shows that podcasts designed for mental well-being can significantly reduce anxiety, increase mindfulness, and lower stigma, making them powerful tools for someone starting to explore their relationship with alcohol.
One UCC study found that “podcasts helped listeners to learn coping strategies, deepen self‑compassion, and feel less alone”—exactly what this series offers.
Meet Heather
Your Guide Inside This Quiet Shift
I’m Heather Lowe, certified coach, speaker, and founder of Ditched the Drink.
I work with high-achieving women, leaders, caregivers, and change-makers who are quietly rethinking their relationship with alcohol.
I once used wine to unwind from the pressure of doing it all, and looking like I had it all together.
Now, I support women who are ready for a more gentle, honest approach.
I created this private podcast because I know how lonely those first questions can feel, especially when you’re successful on the outside, but secretly wondering if something’s missing.
You don’t need to have it all sorted. You just need space to start listening differently.
That’s what this is: a soft beginning. A quieter kind of support.
