Unlock Your Best Self: Human Design Insights, Yoga Nidra Relaxation, & Fair Play
Hi! How's your Dry July going?
For me? I got a personalized summary of my human design, and now I am absolutely obsessed. Here's a snippet of what I learned about myself.
"Heather's purpose is like an open heart here to embody compassion, inspire authenticity, and guide others back to love through presence and truth. Her purpose is about living as a beacon of love, acceptance, and embodied truth. Guiding others through presence, not pressure. Rooting decisions and direction in authenticity, care, and connection. Heather is here to be a mirror of love in action, to show others what alignment looks and feels like when it flows from the heart."
The reason it hit so hard is because I know this is true about me. At my best, when fully aligned, this is what I believe, how I operate, and my greatest offering to the world. It is who I have always been and also who I am growing into. This is my purpose. This is what I am meant to do. One translation is that I am meant to be your loving guide. Or, as the Greatest Showman would sing, "This is me!"
Learning my human design affirmed the deepest part of me that didn't have words for it but could recognize myself as soon as I saw it. This insight has transformed the way I do everything. EVERYTHING. From making decisions to how I connect with others. From how I run my business to how I manage discomfort. This insight has been so profound for me.
And now I want to share it with the world. I have done customized charts and summaries for all my friends, all my family, and basically anyone that will let me. I am not certified or anything like that, and I don't feel I need to obtain yet another certification, but I do want to offer the option for my đź”— 1x1 clients to receive their personalized human design chart along with a customized summary as an additional tool for added insight on their alcohol-free journey.
Understanding your Human Design can provide powerful insights into the choices you make, including why alcohol may have been part of your life and how to move forward with more clarity and purpose. By aligning with your unique design, you’ll:
-
Gain a deeper understanding of your decision-making process, empowering you to make choices that are in tune with your true self. Are you someone who is most aligned when you go with your gut impulse? Wait for an epiphany? Or do something else entirely?
-
Learn to recognize the patterns that might have led to dependence, allowing you to replace them with healthier, more fulfilling habits.
-
Navigate your path to sobriety with more confidence, knowing you're honoring the person you are at your core.
This isn’t just about ditching the drink; it's about stepping into your fullest potential and creating a life that aligns with your deepest values.
If you're curious and ready to learn more about how Human Design can support your alcohol-free journey and help you thrive, I'd love to connect with you! Set up a complimentary discovery call đź”— HERE.
The new certification that I am professionally trained in is Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga nidra training can be a powerful tool on your alcohol-free journey by helping to release deeply held stress, reduce cravings, and promote deep relaxation. This practice offers a gentle yet profound way to connect with your inner peace and restore balance in your mind and body.
With customized meditations tailored to your unique needs, I now offer đź”— one-on-one sessions that can support your healing and growth, allowing you to tap into the restorative power of mindfulness and enhance your alcohol-free journey. If you'd like to add customized yoga nidra meditation to your toolkit, there are options for full or partial sessions to add to your existing coaching calls.
I will also be offering more general yoga nidra meditation recordings in the đź”— Insider Membership. Last week. I soft-launched this channel by reading an Andrea Gibson poem.
This week I'll share a yoga nidra for Restoring Inner Trust & Reclaiming Calm. This was the organic theme that came up in our Thursday check-in call. And speaking of calls, on Monday, Deb hosted a call focused on midyear reflections. You can catch the replays of both of last week's calls and join us this week for a Monday evening check-in call with Deb and a Thursday afternoon call hosted by me.
My call will be focused on grief in sobriety and specifically some of the things we lose and miss when we ditch the drink. There's grief in letting go of something, even if it was harmful to you. You can always join us with a đź”— Free 7-Day Trial.
Finally, there's a new podcast drop featuring the very popular Laura Danger @thatdarnchat who discussed Balancing Domestic Equity and Mental Load. If you know me at all, you know "fair play" is something that is so important to me and something I shine a light on for almost everyone I work with. I was delighted to book Laura as a guest. Listen to our conversation đź”— HERE.
If you're scared, I want to remind you that for me, sobriety is liberating, admirable, and wondrous. I am not sure why it's gotten such a bad rap for so long, but I really recommend it. It is a path to yourself, and I love supporting people in the process of falling in love with themselves.
Give me a call đź”— if I can support you on your journey.
XO!
-Heather
