š Fresh Air, New Tech & Big Announcements (plus: letās talk)
Hi friend,
My sober gal pal, Laura Silverman (who has spice and ADHD) told me I need headings on my (longwinded) newsletter. So here's a start at that. LOL.
More newsletter improvements are coming! I agree there's room for improvement. I am in process of improving almost every corner of Ditched the Drink right now. I am really excited to share more soon!
As the leaves lean into gold, Iām remembering how growth loves both stillness and movement. I've enjoyed quiet moments on the trail and taking bold steps toward whatās next.
Hereās whatās unfolding in my world (and how you can be part of it).
š„¾ A Weekend of Clarity: Sober Hiking Retreat in Moab
I spent a long weekend with sober babes enjoying campfire stories, difficult hikes on primatives paths, and that deep exhale that comes when you get far enough away to see a sky full of stars.
Nature keeps reminding me: clarity appears when we make space for it. I came back with an even deeper committment to improving every resource in my wheelhouse and a renewed energy to enhance my support for every brave woman in my circle. I l was able to let go of some things that had been holding me back while skipping along the red rock formations. I left some of my own bullshit in the dust and sand in Utah.
My clients' are finding clarity and making bold moves alongside me.
The stage has been set, the path is proven.
The next step is getting more women who feel like:
"maybe I should look at my relationship with alcohol, but I'd rather not do that right now, maybe later"
and nudge them closer to...
"I want to believe in what is possible for me and I am willing to invest in some support to get there."
Is that you?
If so, I invite you to set up a call with me āļø HERE to talk about what's possible for you.
Side note: as a fashionista (even on the trail) I linked all my hiking essentials, as requested by you, on my new LTK app š HERE.
