Looks Like We Made It!
Hi!
We're here (!)....and the never-ending January is actually coming to an end.
I am writing this wrapped under a blanket on a screened-in porch at sunrise on the third floor of a log cabin in Branson, MO. I did my 30-30-30 routine and am now sipping coffee from a Christmas mug as the sun warms me.
I came here to be cozy with some other sober babes (feels like outdoor summer sober camp tbh). My agenda includes journaling, practicing yoga, writing, connecting, and creating the vision for DTD this year. The next stop on this tour is, of course, Columbia, MO, to celebrate my firstborn's 20th birthday early next week.
I love the flexibility and autonomy to prioritize my client's needs and set my own schedule. This is one of the best parts of being my own boss.
It's not all twirling in front of oceans and "10X your salary," though, as sometimes portrayed. There are things about being an entrepreneur that are challenging and stressful. The difference between this and previous positions that I've held is that I don't want to quit when things get hard. I want to rise to the challenge. I want to improve myself and my offers. I am enjoying myself even in the hard times.
All of it feels like an opportunity to me. I am always so grateful to have work that I love and client's that have chosen me as a resource. I welcome the chance to grow as a person, a coach, and a businesswoman too. If this interests you, I'd love to talk to you about it. Click HERE to learn more. I will always be real about my experience, but you already knew that.
You may recall at the beginning of the month I shared my new program, UNLEASH YOURSELF. This came by request from clients who were already building their own programs with my offers and their desire to continue to work with me. They needed tons of support in the beginning to get through early sobriety (and stop doing 30 days or less over and over again). After 90 days alcohol-free they wanted continued support in a new way as they navigated relationships, careers, parenting, their social life, and more without alcohol.
So I quickly put together what was in my mind for the New Year, knowing this can feel like an ideal time to make a big change and an annual commitment. I wanted to roll it out quickly. I didn't realize how many questions I didn't answer and how curious and interested you would be!
So, I buckled down and spent all last weekend putting what was in my mind onto my website (and then started updating and improving more). The UNLEASH YOURSELF offer is extended so you can get all your questions answered. With my new ability to offer payment plans and your desire to not only do a Dry January but to actually up-level your life and stop wasting time being wasted, this is a perfect match.
I am so excited to guide you towards growth and healing as I have for hundreds of other women like you in the past 6 years. I see how you desire long-lasting, sustained growth, and the 30-day challenges are solid starts, but you are actually looking for something more, and I am here to deliver on that. Click Here to learn more. I would love to welcome you into a year of courage and transformation with me.
The client's who have unofficially done this shared their experiences here:
"This is the best thing I've ever done for myself. This program has healed me more than any other program, class, therapist, or book, and trust me, I think I've done about all of them! I am finally alcohol-free and at peace."
"My life is completely transformed thanks to Heather's guidance, and I have a new, compassionate voice in my head now too."
"Heather helped me short-circuit long-held behaviors and patterns, and I have fallen in love with my life and myself again!"
RESOURCES:
There's a new flow on my website, so you can click here to download this workbook and you'll be invited to a free webinar to Spoil Yourself Sober. I tinker with my website because it's my store, and I like moving things around and refreshing the boutique, okay?
This soup recipe. Easy, hearty, and damn delicious.
