This is what happens when women gather (and no one talks about wine🍷 )
Hi Friend,
Last week, I went from sauna to cold plunge for 90 minutes with 20 women.
Some were friends, others were Insider Community members, and many were strangers.
And not one of us talked about calories.
Or wine.
Or how we “should” be doing better.
Instead, we talked about:
✨ Resources for all kinds of walks of life, including ADHD, choosing to be childless, being an athlete, and sobriety
✨ Finding joy in what lights us up, including vacations and celebrations, and what we are looking forward to in 2026
✨ Detoxing from toxic products, people, hormones, and our relationship with our phone scroll
✨ How to do less and sleep more
✨ How to stay connected personally and professionally
✨ Taking care of ourselves like it actually matters
I felt a sacred ease during introductions and conversation. I don't know how to describe the energy, but I felt equal parts giddy and grounded.
Honest. Soft. Real.
Also a little bit like "pinch me," because witnessing that many thoughtful, kind, and luminous women choosing connection at the same time felt a bit miraculous and I felt a bit lucky to have pulled it off.
That’s community.
Not the kind built on networking or small talk,
but the kind that forms when women feel safe enough to exhale.
When there’s no performing.
No pretending.
No numbing.
Women arrived tired, anxious, curious, and hopeful. We all left visibly lighter.
And then something else happened that stayed with me.
One attendee (who had also been at my fall event) pulled me aside and shared her thoughts about what she witnessed: “Your friendships are so deep. Everyone here seems so connected.”
I smiled—because the truth is…
The women at my fall event weren’t my lifelong friends.
They were mostly my Insider Community members.
And somewhere along the way, the labels dissolved.
There was no “us” and “them.”
No hierarchy.
No expert on a pedestal.
Just women sitting beside one another—listening, witnessing, becoming.
That’s what happens when a community is built on truth. The power is in the energy we co-create together.
When we stop gathering to impress
and start gathering to be.
And that’s exactly what we’re creating at Galentine’s Day.
This will be the same kind of room.
✨ Alcohol-free wine
✨ Real conversation
✨ Gentle connection
✨ Zero pressure to perform
✨ Full permission to arrive exactly as you are
Not a party you have to brace yourself for.
Not an event that you need to recover from.
A place where your nervous system can soften.
Where you don’t have to explain your choices.
Where you’re surrounded by women who are seeking, just like you.
One community.
One table.
One shared exhale.
If this is the type of community you've been calling for, then this Galentine’s Party is for you.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering you don’t need fixing.

If you’ve been craving this kind of space...
Come sit with us.
Women from all corners are already finding their way in—friends, Insiders, and those standing at the edge of something new.
There’s no label required here.
Only curiosity.
Bring yourself. Bring a friend.
This space is small by design, and once it’s full, it’s full.
Here’s what a few attendees shared after the sauna event:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was in it. I felt seen without having to explain myself.”
“I loved the vibe of the place and the crew it brought out.”
“I left feeling calm, connected, and proud of myself for showing up.”
"I am so glad I got out of my house and out of my head. That was the first time I wasn't thinking about politics all week."
This is the energy we’re continuing.
If your nervous system has been whispering, “I want deeper connection,”
Listen to that.
You belong in rooms where your truth is welcome.
XO!
