Quitter’s Day isn’t about quitting ➡️ it’s about gathering
Quitter’s Day gets a bad reputation.
It’s the day in January when motivation dips, resolutions wobble, and the inner critic pipes up with,
“See? I knew this wouldn’t last.”
But I see Quitter’s Day differently.
To me, it’s not about quitting—it’s about not doing this alone.
My holidays were so full.
From the driveway to the recycle bin.
From our hearts to the fridge.
Full, full, full.
Beautiful. Wonderful. Magic-full.
And not because of productivity or perfection. We were even delivered sad news about a shocking death in our family, but because my inner circle was here with me, we could navigate it together and lean on each other for support.
That kind of fullness reminds me of something ancient and essential: we are meant to move through hard things together.
That’s why this Quitter’s Day, I’m inviting you into connection—not correction.
I recently recorded a conversation with Meg Daday about Quitter’s Day, what it really brings up, why motivation drops right about now, and how community, not willpower, is what carries us forward.
It’s honest. Grounded. Human.
And it’s meant to feel like sitting at the table with someone who gets it.
Because change doesn’t stick when it’s silent.
It sticks when it’s witnessed.

And that spirit of gathering is also why I’m so excited to host our first in-real-life Winter Wellness event of the year. Meg and I are co-hosting.

No fixing.
No pressure.

Inside our Insider Community, we’re also staying connected through our First-90 Day Challenge—which, to be clear, isn’t about fixing anything either. It’s about creating the conditions for learning, deeper awareness, inner growth, and healing—together.
Whether you join us virtually for Quitter’s Day, step into the sauna with us this winter, or simply listen to the recorded conversation—you’re not behind.
You’re right on time to gather.
Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is stop trying harder—and start sitting closer.
With you,
Heather 🤍
