Less scrolling. More real-life connection.
In December 2025,
I made a promise to myselfā¦
To build my sober community in real life.
More connection.
Less scrolling.
Because while the internet can introduce us and inspire usā¦
Nothing replaces the feeling of being in the same room together.
Real conversations.
Real laughter.
Real connection.
And this year, Iām bringing that vision to life.
Hereās how itās going so far.
January
I partnered with a friend for a
š„ Sauna + Cold Plunge event in Chicago.
It was the perfect mix of wellness, courage, and connection.
Between the heat, the cold plunges, and glasses of Gruvi, the conversations became incredibly cozy.
We discussed wellness goals, life transitions, personal growth, and what we're creating in this next chapter of lifeānot just sobriety.
Some women were meeting for the first time.
Others were already part of my community.
Within minutes, it felt like we had known each other for years.
I met new people and deepened connections with women already in my world.
I loved it.
February
We hosted a Galentineās Event in a beautiful artsy space in my town of Lombard.
We poured glasses of the best NA wine, gathered around tables, and wrote love letters to ourselves.
Not the kind you rush through.
The kind where you pause⦠reflect⦠and tell yourself the truth about who you are becoming.
It was sweet.
Meaningful.
A little emotional in the best way.
Women shared stories, laughed together, and celebrated themselves and each other.
And once again, I was reminded that these gatherings arenāt just about sobriety.
Theyāre about belonging.
March
This month feels extra special. It's my birthday month, and I am turning 50! I'll be headed to Banff, Canada, to ski for the first time in decades and enjoy a sober girls' trip in the great outdoors to ring in my new decade. But first, celebrations with my family have already started.
Iām doing something brave by sharing my story and moderating a panel of INSIDERS at a conference in my home state of Wisconsin. You can join us by getting your ticket HERE š or requesting a scholarship from me.
Watching women step into their voices and share their stories is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
But before the conferenceā¦
Weāre going to dinner together.
And weāre reclaiming St. Patrickās Day our alcohol-free way. š
Connection, delicious sushi, laughter, and zero pressure to drink.
Exactly how celebrations should feel.
April
Next stop: St. Louis.
Iām gathering a group of babes for a night of:
š¶ Music
š„ Alcohol-free drinks
š¬ Real conversation
No pressure.
No pretending.
Just women coming together to connect and celebrate life alcohol-free.
Community in motion. Please let me know if you want the details for this one. It's free.
May
Iām heading to Colorado Springs to host a Sober in the CityāDenim to Diamonds pre-event. š Use that link for tickets. I have one ticket left at a discounted rate to offer, so lmk if you want it!
Think:
⨠Music
š Dancing
š A little sparkle
Because sober celebrations should still feel fun, vibrant, and a little glamorous.
And every event continues to prove something to me:
Women are craving real-life connection around alcohol-free living.
Not just content.
Not just scrolling.
But rooms full of women supporting each other.
Looking Ahead
My friend Jaime (and business client) from Amazingly Alcohol-Free is hosting a 3-night alcohol-free retreat in Palm Springs (Sept 25ā28, 2026), and I was honestly planning to book it myself, but the dates just didnāt work for me this year.
Itās intentionally intimate with only five rooms available, and the weekend includes morning yoga and breathwork, a sound bath, shared meals, meaningful conversations, and time to reset in the desert. Think sunshine by the pool, desert mountain views, and real connection with other women who understand the alcohol-free journey.
If youāve been craving a reset or want to deepen your alcohol-free confidence in real life (not just online), this could be a really special weekend.
