Soon, I’ll be speaking at a conference and delivering a keynote about the journey from surviving to thriving—the story of the night I left a glass of wine half full on the table and chose a different life.
It’s a story about compassion over shame, grief and growth living side by side, and what happens when we stop surviving our lives and start building ones we don’t need to escape from.
