"Heather is inspirational and has made me think about my drinking habits. Tonight, for the first time in several years, I came home and did not have a glass of wine. I plan to not have any until the weekend, which is a huge change for me! Thank you!"
"When my husband died, I avoided my responsibilities and 4 kids by drinking. With Heather's help, I have been sober for over a year. I am healing my relationships with my kids, I am able to manage my ongoing grief, and I got my first professional job. I am so much calmer, healthier and at peace, after ditching the drink. Thank you, Heather!"
"This was my second attempt being sober. I am ready to start living and see all the little things I have missed. The important ones. I am finally being honest with myself. I am working through some of the pain I have caused. Heather has been very inspirational to get through the initial period. "
