COACHING AGREEMENT
Please read carefully. By purchasing this product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], Illinois, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
PROGRAM/SERVICE
Ditched the Drink and Condition Nutrition, LLC (herein referred to as “Company”) agree to provide the program, Collective Balance Online Program with (herein referred to as “Program”), identified in the online commerce shopping cart. The client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the program.Client is purchasing a group coaching program with six live sessions and delivered on the app with downloadable materials and community forum. Not included (medical advice, therapy.)
FEES
The fee for the Program is $297 for 6 weeks or $427 for the VIP access for 6 weeks.
Access to the online class will expire after 6 weeks.
REFUND POLICY

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 7 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after this period.

- Within the first 7 days from the original date of purchase, you can request a refund.
- No refunds will be given after 7 days from the original date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you use the information or not.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company respects the Client’s privacy and insists that the Client respect the Company’s and Program Participants’ (herein referred to as “Participants”). Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Confidential Information shall not include information (a) already known to the public, (b) disclosed with prior written consent, or (c) required to be disclosed by law.
NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property, including the Company’s copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the Company.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Program is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client agrees they used Company’s services at their own risk and that Program is only an educational service being provided. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable. Client agrees that Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in the Program. Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials. In no event shall Company’s liability exceed the total amount paid by Client under this Agreement.
TERMINATION
Company may terminate this Agreement for cause, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of this Agreement. In such case, Client remains responsible for all outstanding fees, and no refund will be issued.
INDEMNIFICATION
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company against any and all liabilities and expenses whatsoever—including, without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys' fees, and disbursements—that any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising from client’s actions or misuse out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the product(s), excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities that may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by Company.
INTEGRATION CLAUSE
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind. No amendment shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
DUTY TO READ
I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this terms of participation policy and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
