1. Retreat Details:

• Date of Retreat: October 25, 2025, 12 pm - 8 pm

2. Registration and Payment:

By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to pay the full registration fee of $347 upon booking to secure your participation. 

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is due at the time of registration.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued 7 days after purchase. 

3. Accommodations:

Participants are responsible for securing their own accommodations for the duration of the retreat. The organizer is not responsible for any arrangements related to travel or lodging.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

By participating in the retreat, you agree to:

• Attend the retreat on the specified dates and times.
  
  
• Engage respectfully with fellow participants and retreat facilitators.
  
  
• Respect the peaceful environment of the retreat, including silence during designated quiet times.
  
  
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during the guided hike and other activities.
  
  
• Be responsible for your personal health and safety during the retreat, including disclosing any known medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate fully.
  
  

5. Health and Safety:

By participating in this retreat, you affirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in physical activities, including hiking. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you agree to consult with a healthcare provider prior to the retreat.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations to the organizer prior to the retreat. The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from any activity if their health or behavior presents a risk to themselves or others.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refunds: A full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs within 7 days of registration.
  
  
• Non-Refundable: After 7 days of purchase, the registration fee is non-refundable, as we are reserving space specifically for you.
  
  
• Cancellations by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the Retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. The organizer is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the participant (e.g., travel, accommodations).
  
  

7. Media Release:

You consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the retreat by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organizer in writing prior to the retreat.

8. Liability Waiver:

By signing this Agreement, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with participation in the Retreat. You assume full responsibility for your actions and safety throughout the retreat.

9. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and mindfully throughout the retreat. Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and the organizer reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat without a refund if their behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive.

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding the Retreat and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You also affirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
